The United States of China lined paper second times to start anti-dumping sunset review investigation

In July 3rd, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced on imports from India and Chinese lined paper (LinedPaperSchoolSupplies) launched the second sunset review of anti dumping investigation on imports from India lined paper second times to start anti subsidy sunset review investigation. At the same time, the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) on imports from India and China lined paper second times to start anti-dumping sunset review of industry injury investigation, India launched the second lined paper anti subsidy sunset industry injury investigation review, if the abolition of anti-dumping and countervailing measures, in a reasonably foreseeable period, involving substantial damage imports on the domestic industry which will continue or occur again. Interested parties shall, within 10 days from the date of promulgation of this announcement, submit the registration of action to the Ministry of Commerce of the United states. Stakeholders should be in August 2, 2017 before the United States International Trade Commission to submit comments and submit comments to the full and no later than September 14, 2017 before the case comments to the U.S. International Trade commission.

In September 28, 2006, the U.S. Department of Commerce officially began on imports from India and China lined paper anti-dumping duties, and the imposition of countervailing duties on imports from India lined paper. In April 2011, the United States Department of Commerce changed part of the anti-dumping duties on products involved in India. In August 31, 2012, the United States of India and Chinese involved products made anti subsidy and anti-dumping sunset review final affirmative, the Ministry of Commerce for the first time to extend the Chinese and India products involved in anti-dumping tax, and is the first to extend the anti subsidy tax on products involved to India.
